Live iPad Portraits
Amongst the Rodins
On December 17th, 2016, I painted live iPad portraits of guests at a company holiday party in the Walter and Phyllis Shorenstein Court of the Legion of Honor Museum, San Francisco, where a lovely collection of Rodin sculptures is housed. The museum’s large collection of Rodin sculptures will be a central feature of the 2017 Rodin Centenary celebrations next year. I chose my background for these portraits to reflect the location: it includes an 1881 map of the city, the Golden Gate Bridge (which can be seen from the museum grounds) and an iPad sketch I made of one of Rodin’s sculptures called Meditation. My tools were an iPad Pro 12.9″, Apple Pencil and Procreate app.
Wow, that’s awesome!! Thank you, Jeremy! We will definitely recommend you for future events… you were wonderful!
