36 inches wide by 23 inches high, acrylic and pigment ink on canvas

This portrait is of Joe Talmadge and was inspired by the style of Vincent van Gogh. It was created as part of my portrayal of van Gogh at the de Young Museum's Friday Night Cultural Encounter Soirées in celebration of the exhibition Van Gogh, Gauguin, Cezanne and Beyond: Post-Impressionist Masterpieces from the Musée d'Orsay.. Performances still coming up include November 19th and January 14th. Also see Sunflowers, another painting that was part of the van Gogh portrayal.
